Most items are allowed for sale as long as it is legal and you have the proper license(s) to sell. Below are some item categories you are not allowed to sell on our site.

- Alcohol, Tobacco, Drugs, Drug Paraphernalia, Medical Drugs and Devices, and Items making Medical Claims
- Hazardous Materials, Recalled Items
- Items that Promote, Support, or Glorify Hatred or illegal activities
- Items that Promote, Support, or Glorify Violence
- Any counterfeit brand or item portrayed to be the authentic brand or item
- Any products deemed illegal in the United States of America
- Any products that require a license to sell and you have not obtained that license
